I would give a 5-star review. I had an engine failure message. I took the car to the dealer. The first mechanic diagnosed it as an ADAS error. Checked everything, rest it. I drove less than 5 miles, and the error code displayed again. I stopped, and he checked it, cleared it...nope. I was told it was okay to drive anyway. I pulled out onto a main road...the car would go! I was able to move off the road. Called dealer, talked with salesman (Nick). He said he will be right there. I was able to restart the car and limped to the dealership. Explained that it was too dangerous to drive. Nick helped me with a loaner (He gets the 5 STARS!) The car was checked on Monday, and the module was ordered. Unfortunately, it was not the right one due to a catalogue listing error. The correct part was ordered and installed. The car is working great. I want to express my thanks to Nick for going out of his way to make certain I wasn't stuck! The dealership is great! Service is great! The malfunction was not! More

I was so excited when you opened, but its not been great. I have called another over the last yr but no one EVER calls back. I waited a few weeks for a call that arrived for me to schedule, NO ONE called. I called finally reached someone and got an appt for my part that came. I was not given a price or anything until after it was completed and it was pricer then expected. It would have been nice to have better communication. I might just go back to the Bethel Park location, which has taken care of me previously with no issues. More
