My wife and I needed a "new" used car. Our 26 year old Honda had gone to the Big Honda Round-Up in the sky, after a recent catestrophic engine failure. We drove through the lot on Sunday afternoon and spied THE car... It was in "mint" condition with low miles. We absolutely knew this had to be the car. I went online and submitted my interested email. Eddie Hyanes contacted me by phone and was very courteous and helpful. He even offered to check with other the other internet sales people to see if I were the first to show interest in the car, he would allow me to view the car and make an offer first. The next day I called and spoke with Frank Liberatore, he offered to pull the car to the showroom side of the building. He took my deposit, and informed me that he would be there when I got off of work later that evening. The car was where it was supposed to be and Frank allowed my wife and I to take the car for a test drive. The car was absolutely a dream come true for us. Frank offered us water and soda, helped us get the monthly payments in our price range, and went and had the car filled up for us. Donna Phillips worked with us and also stayed very late that night finishing up the "busines" side of things. I appreciate everthing that everyone at Crown Nissan of Greenville has done for us. I would most certainly reccomend this dealership to anyone, anywhere, and at anytime. Thanks a bunch, you guys were GREAT! More

I was stuck in traffic for over an hour just to I drove from Charlotte, NC to Crown Nissan in Greenville, SC. I first visited on Tuesday, July 23rd. I was stuck in traffic for over an hour just to go there. I met Frank and he was very pleasant. Because it was so late in the day, I decided to come back on Saturday. Leaving Charlotte I drove into a storm but I was determined to get to Crown. I had a bad week so I was looking forward to test driving a car to buy. Unfortunately, I have had some troubles with my right leg so I was unable to experience driving the car. Frank volunteered to do that for me. I am grateful. After a couple of hours later, it became a tense environment between me and Frank. He hung in there like a trooper. With the help of Derrick Hill for intervening, we were able to get through the process. I am very happy with my car. And the service that received at Crown Nissan was a wonderful experience. Even though l was demanding and at times challenging, they never let on. I appreciate how they handled the all day process. John "Hat Boy" Kull was very patient even when I changed cars. So I applaud Crown Nissan for their exceptional customer service. And I would recommend them to anyone. Even you, Frank Liberatore! More
We went to Greenville looking for a car for our daughter who drives to NC for college. We had found some listings on the website for Greenville Toyota and Crown Nissan which are co-dealerships. We had emailed ahead letting them know we would be headed their way and what we were interested in. We were greeted immediately and directed to a salesman by the name of Steve who was to take care of what we were interested in and already had some other cars picked out to look at that were in the same price range. We test drove a total of 4 cars (three on the toyota lot and 1 on the nissan lot). Steve handled everything on the Toyota lot but once we went over to the Nissan lot we were handed over to a salesman there by the name of Frank Liberatore. Once we drove the 4th car we knew this was the one our daughter wanted. We were treated very professionally and although the trade-in/purchase process still takes several hours to process they made sure we were comfortable and provided us with water and sodas. Frank is very sweet and worked with us to get us at the payment amount that was in our budget and even found the time to present my daughter and I with some flowers as a thank you for buying from Crown Nissan. I will definitely recommend Crown Nissan for their friendly staff and some of the best prices I have seen on used cars. More
I took my 2011 nissan maxima in to crown nissan at just under 54,000 miles because after owning the car since 48,000 miles we have had to refill the coolant resevoir after around every 600 to 1000 miles. First they tried to tell me this story about it "being normal to fluctuate as it gets warmer or cooler". ....Dude, just because I am female and blonde does not mean you have the right to assume that I'm a xxxxx. My Dads 89' Ford Bronco has over 200,000 miles on it and has never used so much coolant! Also, you can actually smell the coolant burning at idle in my nissan. We have taken this car in to crown nissan about 3 or 4 times now and each time they tell me "something is broken or not normal with your car, but it just isn't broken ENOUGH to find where the issue is." So even though they admitted that it is absolutely not normal to be going through so much coolant, all they tell me is they can't find a leak. They also admitted that it could be burning coolant so there wouldn't be an actual leak, but they weren't sure. My car is under warranty until 60,000 miles and I would like to have this issue fixed before the warranty is up so I don't have to pay for a blown head gasket down the line! My issue with crown nissan is, If you tell me there is a problem and that it is not normal to be using so much coolant, WHY AREN'T YOU GETTING OFF YOUR BUTTS AND FIXING THE ISSUE?? SO SUPER ANNOYED. I have had two nissans now and been a loyal nissan customer, but this is the end of the road. Its sad too because I love my maxima and the one before it. BMW here I come!! More

I would like to "Thank" Frank for his salesmanship, courtesy, & guideance while dealing with Crown in Greenville. I was impressed with Frank from the time I stepped on the lot until the salesmanship, courtesy, & guideance while dealing with Crown in Greenville. I was impressed with Frank from the time I stepped on the lot until the follow up call he left me one week after the sale. He treated my wife and kids as if they were a part of his family. "Thank You Frank...I would hire you but I might need another vehicle soon". After the sale, Donna and John assisted with the financial paperwork and couldn't have asked for a better experience while doing so. In the interim, my kids were taken care of by another one of the Crown employees in her office..."Thank You." I would also like to point out that Frank introduced me to the service manager and the general manager...both were professional. Frank, "Thanks for th attention to detail." Teach those young guys how to sell. I would definitely recommend Crown's sales experience. This is the first Nissan I have bought...Wont be the last if Frank sells me again. Go Tigers!!! JP More

Frank was very transparent about all issue of the car so that I would not drive 150 miles to be surprised.... We scheduled an appointment, Frank was available to greet us and walk us to the car and reconfirmed all the items that we had discussed over the phone. Frank was very pleasant, respectful, and came through with every item commited and then more. He trully went the extra step to esnure we were happy with our purchase. Thanks Frank and Crown Nissan. Because we had called ahead, Frank was ready for us the moment we walked in the door. He had the car in the garage, the snow brushed off (Yes, there was snow the day we visited Crown Nissan!) and warmed u moment we walked in the door. If the performance of the Ford Freestyle couldn't convince us to purchase the car, Frank's willingness to work with us to get the deal we wanted and then do all that was necessary for an out-of-state purchase certainly did convince us to buy "on the spot".....something we said we would not do! Are we please with our Southern car and the experience we had at Crown Nissan? Definitely! More

He pretty much broke the whole vehicle down to us so we didn't miss anything. We compared it to the Ford Explorer, Chevy Traverse, and GMC Acadia and i gotta say there is no comparison when it comes to Quality, Price, and Comfort. It is super fun to drive and if you have kids it is the ideal vehicle with the third row seat. They love it. We are very happy with this veicle and we will be back to this dealership in the future. More
