The overall buying buying experience was better than I expected. Frank was very friendly in my search for a used vehicle. I had spotted the car online and set up a meeting time. Upon arriving, Frank was outside with the car ready to go. We took a quick test drive, and Frank was very friendly and I enjoyed a good conversation with him during the drive. Afterwards, the dealing began. We were able to work out a deal that we could both settle on, and that was that. During the waiting periods, Frank was very friendly, and offered drinks or snacks, and also friendly conversation. Overall, it was a great experience purchasing a car. I would strongly recommend Crown and Frank to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I was very happy in the way that Tayler worked with me during the sales process. Usually buying a car from a dealer is stressful as most dealer sales reps tend to "close the deal" on the first visit. Tayler did ask me on my first visit if I was ready to sit down and work out a deal. I told him that I was interested in the Nissan automobile but that I needed a day or two to consider what we discussed. He respected my postion and let me know when I was ready he would do everything he could to get me the best price, etc. on the vehicle I was looking for. I really appreciated that he backed off and didn't try to force me to close the deal right then. Additionally it appears Tayler is knowledgeable on the vehicles he sells and explained many features of the car I was looking at during the process. Also he made sure any discounts I was entitled to were given. I do believe I got the best price on the car I was looking for. More

Awesome experience! Definiatly no pressure! Was able to wall away and "sleep on it" overnight. They always made me feel welcomed and greeted me fondly. Purchasing a new Juke fom Crown was one of the best experiences I have had trading cars. The salesman (Marcos) was very patient with my wife and I as we looked at the cars and settled on the right opti experiences I have had trading cars. The salesman (Marcos) was very patient with my wife and I as we looked at the cars and settled on the right options. The first day we came into Crown just to take a test drive and that is what we were allowed to do without any pressure to make a purchase. Marcos gave us the information we needed to help us make a decision on the Juke. Unfortunately when we returned the vehicle we wanted had been sold. Marcos and his manager found us the right vehicle and had it in our possession within 3 days. This was not your typical cut the new car price and then give you very little for the trade. Crown gave us a fair value for our trade in and a fair value on the new Juke. I walked away feeling satisfied with our deal and would not hesitate to deal with Crown again. More

I was extremely impressed with everyone I encountered at Crown Nissan of Greenville and the experience that I had purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle last weekend. My salesperson, Wesley, did an outsta Crown Nissan of Greenville and the experience that I had purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle last weekend. My salesperson, Wesley, did an outstanding job making sure that I was in a vehicle that would not only meet my financial goals but also would be incredibly FUN to drive. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to do whatever it took to make a great sale were extremely impressive. Donna in the Business Office was particularly impressive as she not only went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible, but also gave me great insight into the financial world that will benefit me for years to come. Benjamin, another salesperson, also made sure to speak to me and make me feel welcome in the dealership each and every time I entered - even though he was not technically my salesperson, he was a big part of why I'll certainly return to Crown Nissan in the future.
