I met with John Riddlebarger and he was ready to help me and solve my issues with my 2019 Titan XD. John listened to my concerns and found out if they were covered by warranty which they were and then made and solve my issues with my 2019 Titan XD. John listened to my concerns and found out if they were covered by warranty which they were and then made my appointment to come back in for the work, I got there at Crown Nissan and was taken to the customer waiting area and was kept well informed on the progress of my truck. I contacted Crown Nissan about a car I saw online. Even though the car I was interested in was out of my budget, Cathy Voogd vowed to find me something I would love within my budget and she kept checking i though the car I was interested in was out of my budget, Cathy Voogd vowed to find me something I would love within my budget and she kept checking in with me, showing me a variety of options. She never pressured me and was truly dedicated to finding me something. As fate had it, I ended up finding a car elsewhere but I really appreciate all of Cathy’s help anyway. Love Crown Nissan. My salesperson, Cathy Voogd was awesome. She especially took time to explain all the features of my new Rogue. She was patient and understanding, without being pushy.
