On 10/14/2020, my day started out in a "panic mode". Thank god that my Service Advisor at Crown Nissan, Mrs. Lesley Shepard was on duty very early this morning. I attempted to start my 2014 Nissan Altim Thank god that my Service Advisor at Crown Nissan, Mrs. Lesley Shepard was on duty very early this morning. I attempted to start my 2014 Nissan Altima, but was met with click, click, click etc. I called Mrs. Shepard and was assured by her that everything was going to be o k. She asked if I was able to have someone jump start the battery and if not, she will assist. I informed her that I was a member of AAA and will call them. Mrs Shepard told me to bring my car to the service area and she will have the battery tested. After reviewing my maintenance history, she informed me that the battery was under warranty at no cost. Mrs.Shepard ability to demonstrate Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills, Professionalism, and Honesty while applying her Outstanding job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities only highlighted the high level of performance I received yesterday and throughout the years. Mrs. Shepard deserve receiving a Letter of Recognition and or a monetary award for Outstanding Service. Antonio Ramos did a great job in pointing out all the features on the Rogue I purchased. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and I found Antonio wasn't pushy but just helped me to make my decision features on the Rogue I purchased.
