Nissan Titan XD 2016 Brought in for Service Made an appointment to determine why my Titan was smoking and having acceleration pulses at stop. Brought it in. I was told a loaner would be provided if I left the vehicle. Ok that did not happen however I was given a ride to work. I called 4 time, No response from the adviser, called the switch board and they could not get through, called the Service Manager, no answer. Left messages, text and finally emailed. Finally received a call from the adviser that my vehicle was serviced but they needed to discuss the issues with Nissan Technical Support so they would be back to me in a couple of days. Never received a call the Truck was ready nor was I picked up to retrieve my vehicle. Its now gong on 2 weeks still have not received a call. I did receive a call from the Courtesy Manager missed their call called back left a message, tried again spoke with another person who said they would get back to me. Still haven't heard from anyone and that was last week. Not happy that this issue is unresolved and apparently forgotten. Pretty poor customer service especially for an Employee of Crown Family member. More
