Greg was very pleasant, professional, efficient and kept me informed along the way. I love that I can get a car wash and my nitrogen tires topped off each time I go in. I love that he did not try to sale me any extra services, let me know what to expect in my 30,000 mile maintenance, and just an all out nice guy! Thanks Greg... oh and I always add this to EVERY review and hope one day management will take note... lose the powdered creamer at your coffee station and get real creamer! 2015 Nissan Rogue Purchase Dexter Benjamin was awesome. My husband and I didn't know whether we were going to lease another Nissan or purchase the 2015 Rogue we had. Our lease Dexter Benjamin was awesome. My husband and I didn't know whether we were going to lease another Nissan or purchase the 2015 Rogue we had. Our lease had come to an end, so we had to make a decision. Dexter did not pressure us one way or another. He was wonderful answering all our questions and working out all the figures we requested. He was so kind and friendly. We had a nice conversation, and he made us feel like we were talking with a friend. I (Sandy) am the one who drives the Rogue, and after being shown the 2018, I made the decision to keep the beautiful red 2015 Rogue. Truthfully, there was really nothing about the 2018 that enticed me to change over. I have the "suede" material on my seats, and the material that is in the new ones is not appealing to me. Additionally, I pretty much have the full package, and my mileage is low. Kyle Lamont stopped by Dexter's office on Sunday afternoon. Kyle bent over backwards 3 years ago to find the 2015 Rogue I wanted, and he did. He is also very nice. He said he remembered us and just wanted to say hello. He sat with us for a few minutes, and that made a real impression on us. Alex Pensabene-Davis was also so nice and very sweet. She explained the different warranties we could still purchase, but just like Dexter, did not pressure us. We did purchase a few warranties and are very pleased that our payment is still lower than what we had. Alex was very efficient, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. We went to Crown Nissan on a Sunday afternoon expecting to be there the rest of the day. Instead, once we made our decision, Dexter told us we could come back another day during the week to do the financial piece. We were very pleased about that. We still had a good portion of our Sunday afternoon left and didn't leave Nissan feeling drained. We arranged to go back the next evening, which made the whole process much more satisfactory. We hope that Dexter will be available in a few years when we decide it is time to shop again. This experience is what will make us come back to Crown. Very happy! More
