Horrible service Our visit to Crown Nissan did not end as we had hoped. My son had searched for months for just the right car, very specific on the make, model, body s Our visit to Crown Nissan did not end as we had hoped. My son had searched for months for just the right car, very specific on the make, model, body style and transmission. After getting pre approved from our bank we spoke with Elizabeth and set an appointment to come in and test drive the car. "Beth" knew we had the pre-apporoval and a trade in and that we were going to be traveling across Florida to come get the car. From Jacksonville to St Petersburg. When we arrived at the dealership at our appointment time we were told Elizabeth was not there and "our car was on a test drive! We waited for a couple of hours for two different people to see if their financing would go through since they were there first- even though we had a pre set appointment. After the first contender failed to secure funds, while waiting on the second we had had enough and left to see go to a different dealership. While signing our paperwork on his new purchase we get a call from Crown Nissan that the car is ready and waiting for us. No thank you Crown. More
