Dexter went above and beyond to make sure both vehicles had everything our family needed to be comfortable. Jason the finance manager was thorough and efficient and made sure all of our questions were answered even though it was way passed closing time. We will definitely be back and would recommend Crown to anyone looking to buy/lease a vehicle! More

Called Derrick, told him what happened & told him I needed a replacement similar to the used car I had. Next day he called with a trade-in, next day I took a test drive & bought it. Beyond expectations Needed airbag recall passenger side. Had issues with getting a call back originally. The service manager and I had a learning experience. We worked through issue and by the end of conversation I was willing to give this facility one more try. When I arrived, I was met with a pleasant greeting and only waited a minute or two to see representative Rommel. He was very attentive, polite, knowledgeable in doing his job. I informed him I was to ask for Shaun Meehan. He without hesitation went and got Mr.Meehan. Mr.Meehan met me with a smile and handshake. He had great news. He found the driver's side airbag as well as the passenger. My car needed both, come to find out after they ran my vin number. So I was going to get it all completely fixed in one visit. So spectacular to no longer have two ticking time bombs in my car! They supplied me with a nice loaner car to use while my car was repaired. They even fully cleaned my car before returning it to me. I am very pleased with the experience of customer service excellence I received. This will be my first stop when it's time to buy my next car or service repairs. Thank you for a wonderful experience. He sold me exactly what I needed and what I wanted. His approach was one of professionalism as well as congeniality. This car may last me a long time, but when and if I need another car there is no other salesman than Richard Spottke I would consider handling the sale. Oftentimes people consider car salesman as monsters who have a hard sell spiel. Not so with Mr. Spottke, he was a no pressure honest representative. There was never any question I would buy this car from him. The dealership goes the extra mile when it comes to service. I am very pleased with the entire process. More
