Out of towner Hi I was visiting from New York and the maintenance light went on during my visit . I looked up nearby Nissan dealers and chose crown. I drove in without a scheduled appointment and was able to have car serviced the same day . Very happy with service department consultant Robert Zoffer. Pleasant and funny guy who was honest about the wait time and recommended great places to go have lunch to kill time. Car came back immaculately clean! Thanks for the wash! It needed it after a week traveling around. More

Very impressed! Visited Crown Nissan for my 2017 Versa Note’s first service appointment. Matt greeted me immediately upon my arrival and checked me in, thoroughly ex Visited Crown Nissan for my 2017 Versa Note’s first service appointment. Matt greeted me immediately upon my arrival and checked me in, thoroughly explaining what services the technicians would be performing as part of this initial visit. He then showed me to the waiting area, making sure to point out coffee, water, etc. Found the lounge area very clean and comfortable and was glad to see it divided into separate areas with and without tv, as I wanted to have a fairly quiet spot to read. Everything was completed in about an hour and Matt was back to get me, escort me to the cashier window and then out to my car. Overall excellent service and appreciated his attentiveness and professionalism. Will definitely continue to have my car serviced at this location! More

I am so thoroughly pleased that all of my services that I received on 12/30 were covered under warranty and she also took care of my recall service months before I expected resolution. Regardless, I have been taking my vehicle for service there since I bought it in 2010. All of the Service Advisors have treated me with respect and took care of my needs.
