Service outstanding, dealership subpar Nothing but absolute praise for Christine Smith at the Service Department and that is the reason I went there to the dealership to purchase an upgrade Nothing but absolute praise for Christine Smith at the Service Department and that is the reason I went there to the dealership to purchase an upgraded Nissan. Searched the lot until I found the perfect Murano with everything I wanted, especially after the test drive. I told the Sales person that I would take it and then all xxxx broke lose. The tag on the vehicle said ~ $34k (I took a picture) and the sales guy came back and said something was wrong. He went to another Murano and produced the larger descriptive breakdown and stated the vehicle is $42k. I told him this is what is on the vehicle I wanted and that is what I was willing to pay. I'm sorry he stated but that is not the price. No negotiating with another sales person or manager, just no. I promptly left and went to Dimmitt Chevrolet and purchased the Equinox Premier 2018. I will always take my Pathfinder to the service department because they always strive to keep the customer happy but the dealership overall has lost my business for new vehicles. More
