Truly the Better Way to Service I took my wife's SUV in for service. There was a vibration in the steering wheel at 70 mph, and when my wife turned the vehicle off she said it I took my wife's SUV in for service. There was a vibration in the steering wheel at 70 mph, and when my wife turned the vehicle off she said it smelled like something was burning. Not good! Christine Smith was my service advisor, and she is awesome! I explained to her the issues my wife was experiencing, and Christine listened actively and attentively. It turned out that the tires needed high-speed balancing - they're only six months old - and the burning smell was due to two valve covers leaking, and a valve cover that needed replaced. Christine informed me of the issues, and the cost to have it repaired. The cool thing is my wife's vehicle was ready at the time it was promised, and my wife is now enjoying driving her vehicle again.
