1st time at Crown Nissan i had a warranty issue from my Nissan Xterra. I had never been to Crown and not knowing what to expect was wonderfully surprised. As I opened my door i had a warranty issue from my Nissan Xterra. I had never been to Crown and not knowing what to expect was wonderfully surprised. As I opened my door someone greeted me. thought nice but lets see more. I walked into the service area and was again greeted by another friendly person. His name is Robert Zoffer Jr. talk about a great experience. Rob has this way of turning a "service" event into a grand time. By the end there was joking, laughing and just a general level of trust. I left the SUV there for 2 days, when it was supposed to be ready, it was ready even a little earlier. As i told Rob, if the world had more people like him, there would be less friction and more laughter. Best to Rob and Crown Nissan. More
