It was a 2013 Kia Optima EX, so not generally in the wheel house of the dealership in terms of knowledge about the car. I was contacted by Jason Jiavi, the online sales manager, and he answered all of my questions about the car and informed me of all the fees associated with buying a car. He was patient and direct and worked with me on pricing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and had a much better experience than some other dealerships. More

She was always very pleasant and had a smile on her face. What was her best quality was her keeping me updated of the situation. Every evening, she would call me shortly before she left for the night. Sometimes there was no change but she still called. I knew step by step what was happening with my vehicle every day. I never had an experience where I was always updated. Any other time, my experience would be one of this is what's wrong and we will let you know when it's ready for pick up. Lymari made me feel that my car was her number one priority, even though she had other customers. She did an outstanding job and Nissan is lucky to have her on your team. I hadn't been looking at new cars, I didn't want to buy a new car, and I certainly didn't want the hassle My six-year-old car unexpectedly died on me. I hadn't been looking at new cars, I didn't want to buy a new car, and I certainly didn't want the hassle of going to a dealership and having to haggle with sales people. But I did my research and found the car I wanted (Nissan Rogue) and looked up the reviews on dealers in my area. By far the best reviewed was Crown, but other dealers were offering INSANELY low prices -- on the internet with some lengthy disclaimers. While browsing, I used a search feature through TrueCar from my company benefits, and my information was given to three dealerships in my area. Where two other dealerships rang my phone off the hook and emailed me in blasts (up to three at a time), Jason from Crown called twice during respectful hours and didn't fill my inbox with auto-generated emails or emails in all caps. While my stomach was in knots to go to the dealership the day of (just because I was dreading the experience), Jason made everything so easy. He was respectful when he called, his emails were professional, and onsite service was exemplary. He sat and listened to what I wanted based on my research, and he showed only what matched what I wanted. All in all, it was easy and breezy, and it was the quickest and most painless experiences I've been through. Kudos to Jason for being patient and practical. And the price was right! More

I was firm on what I was able to afford and on the type of car I wanted. He worked hard with Ryan to get me exactly what I needed and within my price range. Both him and Ryan took their time in explaining the pros and cons to a 16 vs 17 and were incredibly patient with all of my questions. David was honest, helpful, and provided exceptional service in getting me the car I needed. I am very excited and will be recommending David and Crown Nissan to everyone. When I mentioned to a friend that I went to Crown, she mentioned she had the same great experience with the Crown group. More

I contacted Jason Jiovani at Crown Nissan and he had an appointment scheduled for me the very next day. Jason was extremely personable and patient. I knew I wanted another Sentra and he had everything ready to go at the time of my appointment. Jason listened to my concerns and was very accommodating. My new car had several upgrades and he personally took the time to make sure I understood everything before I left the parking lot. Thank you, Jason! Lymari had me bring my Rogue in immediately - She stayed an hour LATE to get me a loaner vehicle that same night! I didn't have my updated insurance card and she helped me online to get the info. The techs couldn't find anything wrong with my A/C but I haven't had an issue since. Thank you Lymari! You're the best! More

We walked into Crown Nissan servi My 2013 Nissan Pathfinder had a recall and my wife and I were at St. Petersburg for an extended stay away from home. We walked into Crown Nissan service department to see about it and were greeted by Lymari Martinez Acevedo. Ms Acevedo retrieved the information about the recall, checked and confirmed the necessary parts were in house. As it was late in the day she worked out a schedule for us to return and have the work performed. The work was done on schedule and the car returned to us freshly washed. Everyone was friendly and courteous and the whole experience was superior to other dealers. More
