I have just visited another dealer for my mom in which the salesperson knew nothing about the vehicle but proceeded to push the sale. Not good. Crown Nissan was the exact opposite. I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle but I think that they helped me with the big move. Brandon Lofton was very personable and although it was late, Jovo Micic did his best with explaining the finance process and answered my questions. More

From the moment you get in they really take good care of you. The service is excellent but it is what they do after knocks me over. They call you to ask you how was your experience with them, and if everything they did to the car is to your liking. Customer care is very important to them and they should teach other dealers how to do it. They always go the extra mile to satisfy your automotive needs. Bravo to Crown Nissan. Wonderful, not pushy at all, Great my wife and I went into the car lot on sat. jan. 17 to just drive a new car. We got there and the salesmen were all in a meeting Kyle Lamont came out my wife and I went into the car lot on sat. jan. 17 to just drive a new car. We got there and the salesmen were all in a meeting Kyle Lamont came out of the meeting to help us. He was very nice young man he had knowledge of all the cars that we were asking about He was wonderful. We finally decided on a car and he help carry us through the whole process. We ask questions and he answered every one of them. He carried us into another office to do the paper work. There we met with Jovo Micic he was also a very warm person. They both made our car purchase very easy. We love our new car thanks to Kyle and Jovo they were great. But everyone at the lot was very warm. Felt like they were family. We will go no where else to buy a car ever or get our car serviced anywhere else. More

Brought the vehic Recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue at Crown Nissan. Worked with Dave Anderson who was very professional and easy to work with. Brought the vehicle back a few days later for application of the paint and interior protection. Dave expedited this service to minimize the wait time (even offered a loan vehicle) which wasn't needed. He also arranged to have the cross bars for the luggage rack installed at the same visit, coordinating and expediting the work with the two departments. Thanks Dave for all your help! More
