TOP NOTCH SERVICE! No one is ever excited about going to the dealership to service their vehicle. But I must say EVERY time I come into the service department, I am always greeted with a smile and maybe a up North joke here and there from my service guy Robert Zoffer. He takes very good care of my car, makes sure I have every thing that I need if I stay, and makes arrangements for me if I need a loaner for the day. There are rarely any surprises, but if any comes about, he gives his HONEST opinion and suggestions and allows for me to make the decision on having those issues addressed. My relationship with Crown Nissan has been a delight, not because of the products sold, but because of the customer service provided and the FREE car wash doesn't hurt either! Crown Nissan, A Great Dealership for both Sales and Service! When I brought my car in for scheduled service Robert Reynolds immediately met me and told me what was going to be done, escorted me to the lounge wai When I brought my car in for scheduled service Robert Reynolds immediately met me and told me what was going to be done, escorted me to the lounge waiting area and showed me where the coffee and vending machines were located. When the work was done he ask if I'd like a free car wash, which I did. When that was done Robert returned, explained to me what was done and ask if I had any questions. I didn't so he escorted me to my car. This was outstanding service and I've been very impressed by Crown Nissan!
