Crown Nissan

I moved to St. Petersburg a couple years ago and have a 2019 Nissan Altima. My first experience with Crown Nissan was with the service department. They were excellent (and still are) which immediately made me want to return to Crown for future needs. Also, I wanted to buy out my lease which was up in May 2022, so I was able to meet with Crown's leasing consultant, Angi DeMahy. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and excellent in coordinating the buyout of my lease. Based on these excellent service and sales experiences, I fully expect to return to Crown Nissan when it's time to buy or lease my next vehicle. More

Cathy is amazing! I am a single mother of 5 children, and let me tell you I feel like Cathy really cared about me and each one of my children. I needed to get out of my old car for personal reasons and I feel like Cathy really undersoood that. From the beginning Cathy worked with me to find something she knew I could afford and was within my budget but also met my families needs. I told her what I wanted and she found a car that checked all the boxes and some... and didn't waste time with cars I would not be interested in. When showing me the car, she went over ALL of the safety features AND how they worked, which meant a lot to me. She is incredible. She didn't play games, she was right to the point. I never once felt pressured by her, like I did with some people at other dealerships. She was transparent with me about every step of the process. She took extra time with my youngest son who is on the spectrum, to make sure he was occupied so I could concentrate on getting the car. She explained everything to me in a very concise manner, in a way that I could understand. She worked really hard with the lenders to make sure I got the best deal possible for what my children and I needed. I walked away from 5 other dealerships because they could not get anywhere close to my budget, and Cathy was able to do it. I believe that she genuinely cares about each and every person she helps. I felt like she had my back the whole time. I kept thinking something was going to go wrong because I am used to that in my life and she reassured me that I will be getting a car that met my family needs, and I absolutely did! I am overjoyed with my purchase and I have Cathy to thank for that. Car buying is usually a painful process that gives me bad anxiety but not with her. I don't think she could ever know how thankful I am for her and her kindness. I will ONLY be making future purchases through her and I will refer anyone and everyone I know to her for as long as she is selling cars. She is a phenomenal person who gave me more time and effort than I could have asked for. She even paired my phone to the car before I left the dealership. I can't even explain in words how much she has done for my family by helping me get this car. I hope she is still selling cars when my oldest children need cars because I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to get one. I just can't say enough about how happy I am with my car buying experience through Cathy! More
