Brought my Rogue SL in for routine oil change and tire rotation a couple of weeks ago. During the multi-point inspection it was found that one of my shocks was leaking and needed replacement. Service writer John Riddlebarger was able to verify that the repair would be covered under warranty, ordered the part and scheduled the next appointment. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with throughout. This is the second car I have purchased from Crown since 2013 and the only place where I have taken my cars for service. Their staff are excellent and knowledgeable, the waiting area and rest of the facility is kept very clean, complimentary coffee is available plus they'll wash your car for free if you'd like. More
