However working with Brian Gualdiero was great and he was absolutely wonderful. He was able to help narrow down what we needed/wanted and pull around the vehicle that fit our family perfectly. The process of going over the vehicle and sitting down with numbers was made simple. Explained everything well & clear and made sure we understood before moving on to the next step. And we felt very comfortable the whole way. The rest of the staff were also very kind and helpful when needed and all together if/when we need another vehicle we will be back. The service here goes above and beyond. We purchased a rogue last year and when my truck was one breakdown away from an expensive problem. He not only found a Sentra for a good price, but also made the sale extremely smooth as my husband and I knew what we wanted, but jobhours and children made it difficult to both be present. They made it happen seamlessly w the edoc signatures and Paul worked magic on end of the year financing. John Hartley himself once even drove out to jump a vehicle with a dead battery. He didn’t have to do that. He was our salesman. Crown Nissan service center has been easy to work with as well. We drove to see family and they honored our service plan even though I had just exceeded the recommended mileage for oil change. It’s always super easy. Drive up. Park. In and out. You won’t be sorry. Oh, AND, they gave us hands down the BEST trade in value for our old Liberty sitting in our driveway. Saved us from the city fining us. Salvage yards weren’t jumping at it.
