Went to Crown Nissan dealership to have on my 2019 Altima serviced and walked out with a new 2021 Altima SR. The entire staff, from the lease Concierge, to the sales rep, to the sales manager, to the fi serviced and walked out with a new 2021 Altima SR. The entire staff, from the lease Concierge, to the sales rep, to the sales manager, to the finance manager - all worked together to get me the best deal and have me in and out of the dealership in a matter of a couple of hours. How easy can it get? My sales rep, John Hartley, was a pleasure to work with - he was outgoing but not pushy, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all the features on the car and answered all my questions. The next day he followed up to make sure I was happy with the car and was comfortable with all the features . I would highly recommend John if you’re looking for a car at Crown. I’ve dealt with Crown Nissan for many years and will continue to do so, as the service and friendly staff made for an enjoyable car leasing experience. More
