I made an appointment to have my 2018 Altima SL serviced for an oil change as well as to have one of my wiper blades replaced due to what I believed was caused by the drive-thru wash on the previous service for an oil change as well as to have one of my wiper blades replaced due to what I believed was caused by the drive-thru wash on the previous service a few days prior. However, I needed to switch my service appointment at the last minute and called in first thing the morning of and spoke with John Riddlebarger to see if it was possible. John R. was very pleasant and allowed me to bring my car in right away. John kept me informed as to what was recommended as well as what was needed. He was very professional and did not try to upsale me into receiving/paying for unnecessary repairs that weren't due at the time. John, your smile and professionalism made all the difference from any other time that I've had my car serviced at Crown Nissan.
