I would never recommend this employee or dealership. From beginning to end Cathy insulted me. She texted me asking me what time I would be by to look at a 2020 Kicks I was interested in and then upon arrival beginning to end Cathy insulted me. She texted me asking me what time I would be by to look at a 2020 Kicks I was interested in and then upon arrival made me wait. I had already mentioned that I was very familiar with the car, very interested in buying it and had test driven one before, yet she proceeded to take my license to test drive it and rambling on about all the features to "sell me". She then sat me down at a very uncomfortable table while her manager appraised my trade-in. I knew how much it was worth due to my own research and another dealer appraisal but he acted very negative about its value, wouldn't give me a price and just left me sitting there while Cathy was roaming around with another client (games!). I left to take a walk around the dealership where Cathy finally found me and when I said "you left me waiting and I don't have alot of time", her response was "things happen". You have an eager buyer ready to negotiate price and your response is "things happen"? I had been there an hour at this point. From there, she finally took me into her office to talk price and got extremely argumentative when I told her the average price my research on the car showed and that a website had the car for almost 3k less than what she was quoting me. She gaslighted me, sarcastically saying "you're an intelligent woman, you know there are taxes" and kept arguing that the website must be wrong and overall I'm wrong and that they do "fair pricing" (basically a marketing phrase that means nothing). I got sick of being browbeaten and walked out. I went to another Nissan dealer who gave me the average price my research had revealed and treated me with respect and kindness the whole time. Don't let this dealership disrespect you with their shady selling practices nor let you think they are giving you a good deal. Go to ANY of the other Nissan dealers over this one. More
