He has been my "go to guy" for several years and one of the main reasons I continue to bring my vehicles for service at this location. This location's service department has a reputation for trustworthiness which is the envy of other Volvo dealerships around the area. They have earned it the old fashioned way... with good service, friendliness and genuine concern. While recently under the new Crown name the same consistency is there and some new, much needed, nice touches to the guest waiting area have been added. Keep up the good work and take good care of BRIAN Tessitore. He's a star player. Deborah Hammann is another one. And I very much appreciated the new discount card I received in the mail. Thank you!!!
