Exceptional customer service, very good prices! I went to 10 dealerships from Tampa to Miami and finally found the right car for my son at Crown Volvo. Josh was my car guru and he got everything done and delivered what was promised. He worked hard on making sure I got the best deal and was happy with my purchase. He even agreed to getting a red bow for me to put on the car to surprise my son for his birthday! Customer service was exceptional and the cars here are well maintained. I've been to alot of dealerships where the car was not well-maintained and did not offer a warranty but Crown Volvo offered this at a competitive price compared to other dealers. I even had the car verified by my mechanic to make sure the car had no issues before purchasing it and the mechanic confirmed that the car was in good condition. Derrick finished the paperwork of the sale and he was awesome! He made it fun and made sure I understood clearly what each document stated before signing. He didn't try to upsell me and be pushy on buying other products, I ended up buying a tire and rim warranty because my son sometimes drives over nails and he's getting rims so I wanted to make sure he was covered. Derrick made sure that I understood what it covered before I purchased it. Crown Volvo by far had the best customer service, deals, and quality cars from Tampa to Miami. I highly recommend buying from Crown Volvo and ask for Josh, they will take very good care of you! More
