I had been looking for a V70 or XC70 for about 3 months but could not find anything that fit my need's or desired price range. I saw an XC on Cars.com and decided to check it out. I have never been much for interacting for car dealers so I thought I would go look at the car before the place opened. When I arrived at the lot, at 8:30am, I immediately noticed someone preparing cars for the day and it turned out to be Scott Zampach. He was very friendly and not as pushy and "salesy" as I expected him to be. I ultimately liked the car and decided to make an offer. They accepted my offer but I had one more car to look at. I told them I would let them know. I looked at the other car and, although it was less expensive and more of what I wanted, I was much more comfortable with my experience with Scott and Andy and decided to go with Volvo of Clearwater. I returned on a Sunday and walked out with my new car less than 45 minutes later. I have to say that I am VERY satisfied with my purchase and would recommend these says any day. Over my past 40 plus years of buying new and used cars I never did repeat business with a dealer usually because of poor service or customer relations practices. My wife and I bought our first Volvo (XC 60 never did repeat business with a dealer usually because of poor service or customer relations practices. My wife and I bought our first Volvo (XC 60) last spring and I can honestly say our entire experience with all the staff at Clearwater Volvo has been completely favorable. So favorable in fact that we just purchased another new C70 to replace my BMW I decided to trade for poor service reasons. Scott, Andy and Terri made this purchase another positive, stress-free experience again and I recommend Clearwater Volvo's sales and service team to everyone looking for a high quality vehicle dealership. Any auto dealership could take lessons from the staff here where the customer does come first and the employees understand that honesty, integrity and willingness to go the extra distance to satisfy their clients needs is of utmost importance. I had a wonderful, easy, NON PRESSURED, informative, and happy experience at Clearwater Volvo. Julio discussed and showed me every feature on the car without rushing me or putting off any questions. Julio stopped and answered every question I had before we even started the test drive. By the time I got into the S60 T5 for the test drive I aleady knew this was exactly what I wanted. Julio also made sure that it was what I wanted and proceeded to show me all the differences between the the others in the series. After we finished the test drive we then had Dennis evaluate my trade in. They knew what I wanted, was very fair on the trade and the purchase price of the car. Just one time showing me what they can do, NO back and forth haggling and we were all done. PAINLESS!!! Next Terri worked with me on the financing as well as all of the packages available. NO PRESSURE, just gentle simple talking and explanations. Before I knew it I was on my way with my new car and totally relaxed. I actually felt like I was with family members instead of sales people. It was a beautiful experience. One that I never had before!!!!! They even gave me lunch!!! WOW - This is the best place to buy a car and I WILL do it again for the next one!!!!! Our intention was to purchase a new car in 6 - 8 months so we started out by just 'browsing' cars while my XC90 was being serviced. Julio Martinez came out to greet us as we browsed. Julio was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining features of several models as we browsed. At no time did we feel pressured into a test drive or purchase. We went back to Volvo of Clearwater the next day and met with Julio. Again, he took time to go over several different models and the features of each. Julio made us feel comfortable and at no time did we feel rushed. He is very professional and made sure we understood each aspect of the purchase. Working with Terri on the financing was almost too easy! We ended up purchasing a 2013 C70....which I already love driving !!! More
