Mr. Thompson, We regret that you feel this way. The vehicle you purchased was "Quality Inspected" and there were no issues with the vehicle, at the time of Purchase. The "Carfax" Report is a method of awareness of past incidents but it does not determine a vehicles condition or value. They do not sell cars. You received a Fair Deal and you were very happy at time of purchase given the hurdles that were overcome in order to assist you with your Down Payment Structure and Complex Financing due to the Credit Challenges. At No time were you told that "You should never trust a Car Salesperson" and that statement is absolutely not True. We understand that not everyone can be pleased, but making untrue statements is not apprpriate in any case.

Every statement made by me is ACCURATE. This dealer and his staff are NOT to be trusted by their own admission. They could have resolved the problem between us but chose to be obstinate. I am referring the matter to Conumer Fraud and it is being reviewed for a civil action. Again, I stand by my comments!!

Again, No one at the Dealership told this Gentleman that "You should never trust a Car Salesperson" which make this an untrue statement and by his own admission, when stating that we could have resolved this problem/issue among us, he is referring to his $10,000 request for money or that he would attack us via media or whatever other resources he could involve. We are Sorry but we cannot pay customers money everytimne they threaten to Falsely accuse us in the media.

Who's telling the truth here? I as the complaintant have nothing to gain or lose by warning unsuspecting consumers about the dishonesty at Volvo of Clearwater. I am one of their victims. If the dealership was honest, why not settle the problem rather than hiding behind more lies? Again, I stand firmly behind my position that Volvo of Clearwater is dishonest and disreputable!
