He was helpful, knowledgeable and forthright about the car I was interested in and assisting me as I exited my lease from my current auto. There was no pressure, only helpful and informative interactions about my interest in the car I came to see. I found his professionalism and friendliness was emblematic of everyone I encountered during my interaction at Crown Volvo Cars. It is not common in my experience to receive this kind of service anymore when purchasing an automobile. I am grateful for his help and also that of Fred Woods in finance. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael, Fred and the Crown dealerships based on my personal experience. I'll end my review by noting that their pricing is the most aggressively low prices of any dealership I've encountered in the area, with none of the games playing. Kudos! More

She greeted me with a big smile & asked if she could help me. I told her I had an appointment & she took down my service needs on the work order. Like always I was t greeted with a smile & a professional service advisor. When my car was completed I came back to the dealership & got the same professional service. My car was washed & ready for me to pick up on arrival & Samantha handled the whole transaction from start to finish. Highly recommended service department & dealership. Awesome experience My wife initially met with Blenard Disha and felt very good about the experience, she was then introduced to Fred Woods. She went in to look at one vehicle, but found that the vehicle had been sold.Instead of dismissing the customer, Blenard then decided to recommend a different vehicle. My wife test drove it and really liked it. She informed Blenard that she would return after discussing everything with me. We returned and I test drove the vehicle and really liked it as well. We sat with Fred and the whole process from beginning to finish went very seamlessly. Between Blenard and Fred we had a very non pushy and very professional experience.
