At a time when it was hard to find a new Prius, we stopped by here and were lucky to have been greeted by Spencer McCoy. He listened to us as we explained what each of us (daughter and I) were looking stopped by here and were lucky to have been greeted by Spencer McCoy. He understood her hesitancy and said to let him know when she was ready (seriously, NO pressure at all). Three days later she was ready and so was the car. Mr. McCoy was also able to find a Prius for me (which arrived weeks ahead of when we expected). He walked each of us through the sales process, and explained everything we needed to know about our cars. He contacted us personally when the plates arrived and installed them himself as well. The dealer for the last car my family bought (Audi) was no where as courteous, nor willing to take the time for the little things. While I am sure everyone at this dealership is very nice and knowledgeable, we really consider ourselves lucky that Mr. McCoy happened to be the person to greet us when we first arrived. More

Very rude behavior. Worst ever experience at sales. Felt like insulted. If this dealership is last option in life, will prefer to not use any car. I took my highlander back to the dealership weeks after a gas tank recall because the light indicator for the gas tank was lightup...thinking a wire was loose...ended up that they came up with the conclusion gas tank recall because the light indicator for the gas tank was lightup...thinking a wire was loose...ended up that they came up with the conclusion that a rodent chwed on the wires (really?!!)and that it was not covered by the warranty...and the joke cost me $515... really???!!! It needed to be fixed so I let them fixed it but I consider that it was absolutely way too expensive. I do not care if they have to turn the vehicle upside down...they would have to do it anyway to figure out if it was their fault in the first place in the case the wires were loose after the recall...right???? So, I think that was wrong. More
