The service and communication throughout this experience were very hit or miss. I appreciated being able to text the mechanic directly, but on multiple occasions I had to wait an entire day just to be told were very hit or miss. I appreciated being able to text the mechanic directly, but on multiple occasions I had to wait an entire day just to be told the issue couldn’t be fixed yet and that parts needed to be ordered. There was also no rental car available, and the only reason I found that out was because I followed up multiple times myself. I had to reach out more than three times just to get basic updates. As soon as I mentioned my name or car, I was often placed on hold—sometimes for a long time—only to be picked up again by the same person. It felt like being passed around without any real progress, like a game of hot potato. At the very least, I would expect someone, especially a mechanic, to return a call after weeks of waiting. The lack of follow-up made the entire experience feel disorganized and frustrating. The customer service agents were always friendly, but it didn’t seem like they were onsite—communication felt routed through a third-party service, which led to a disconnect between teams. Over the past month, I visited four times and never once received a proactive call. The only notification I received was a text on the final visit letting me know the car was ready for pickup. Eventually, the car was fixed and covered under warranty, and I do appreciate the mechanic taking the time to explain everything in the end. However, the overall process was frustrating. I spent over two weeks trying to get updates, called more than six times, and never received a callback. What was most frustrating is that I later found out the part had arrived within a few days—but no one notified me. It wasn’t until I repeatedly followed up and was transferred multiple times that the team realized my car could have been brought in much earlier, nearly a week and a half sooner. Overall, while the final outcome was resolved, the lack of communication and coordination made this a much more painful experience than it needed to be. More
