Customer service is terrible now. I was shocked that Mazda only gives one-way Lyft rides now. After returning to pick up my car there was no one available to greet me and when I flagg I was shocked that Mazda only gives one-way Lyft rides now. The guy that helped me out didn't seem too interested in helping me. And then I saw the note about charging a 3% fee for credit card transactions. This, on top of the already inflated price to pay for an oil change and multi-point inspection. After I left the dealership my tire pressure warning came on. I texted the advisor and he never responded to my text. This place lost my business for sure. More
