Three years ago, I went car shopping when my 14-year-old Honda Pilot had rolled 250k+miles and my 3 kids were all about driving themselves. After visiting way too many dealerships throughout OC, I was really discouraged. On some lots, I was actually ignored. On others, I was treated rudely or spoken to as if I had no idea what I was doing. I finally decided on a new Rav4 and called the salesperson. It was her day off and she said she contact me in the next day, when she was in the office the next two. Three days went by and nothing. I was ready to keep my Pilot, but it was in need of some serious work. I told my friend about my experiences and he put me in touch with Maria. She took time to speak with me on the phone, was extremely responsive, and gave me an outstanding lease deal on a new CX-5 And she did all of that in one day! Frank delivered my new car and walked me through all the features. When I drove off the lot, I was over the moon. Now that my lease is almost up, I was pondering what I wanted to do. I knew about the vehicle shortage, but I was relishing the idea of driving off the lot with another new car. I was driving home from Northern Cal and had some time to kill, so I called Maria for some advice. We talked a bit about my needs and she said she’d call me back. Within an hour, she called me with deal that got me in a new 2021 CX-5 that is a trim level higher than mine, extra mileage, the exact same mo pmt, and a very reasonable down. I picked up my new car the next day! Julio walked me thru the paperwork and, once again, Frank introduced me to my new CX-5 baby! I really could not ask for more! Five-star experience in every way!
