It was a pleasant experience with a friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. The car I came in to drive was sold the day before so I was bummed, but they checked their inventory/warehouse knowledgeable and accommodating staff. The car I came in to drive was sold the day before so I was bummed, but they checked their inventory/warehouse and brought over two other cars for me to drive. I had an appointment with Tony but he was off that day so Kylon took good care of me. I like his style. I fell in love with the car he brought over. The only thing is because they were short staffed they were running their butts off and I ended up being there 4 hours. Happy ending because I left with the car of my dreams and got a price I was satisfied with. Thank you! More
I had an excellent experience at Culver City Mazda. I already knew I wanted the CX5, so I was mainly in search for the right deal. Frank made the process seamless, quick and easy. I let him know the ball already knew I wanted the CX5, so I was mainly in search for the right deal. Frank made the process seamless, quick and easy. I let him know the ball park I wanted to stay at and he made it happen immediately. My fiancée and I visited another dealership the day before and went back and forth with the numbers a few times and they still couldn’t match the deal we were given at CCM. I was also in touch with a sales person over the phone at a third dealership but they wanted me to drive out to speak with a sales manager before giving me a price. At Culver City Mazda we were literally in and out. I took a test drive, signed the paper work and drove home in my brand new CX5 within an hour or 2 :) Flo in Finance was great as well. More
Prompt, courteous, and did a good job of explaining everything. I also appreciated the COVID precautions that were taken. The work took a lot less time than I anticipated. everything. I also appreciated the COVID precautions that were taken. The work took a lot less time than I anticipated. More

It was Sat. May 8th Aaron was my salesperson, although he was busy he kept. checking back to me which I appreciated. The finance lady; I apologize but I missed her name, was straight forward in what she need was busy he kept. checking back to me which I appreciated. The finance lady; I apologize but I missed her name, was straight forward in what she needed from me and I appreciated that too. Julio was super efficient, polite and just tried to get me out of there as soon as he could, I printed out my 3 months of bank statements on his computer. Over all thank you for working with me in my awesome new purchase of my Mazda6, I LOVE IT. only comment and not negative, I don't mind being left alone while people close other deals, I am fine but if you come across a client that wants a lot of hand holding good luck. I work in the legal industry, and some client's want a phone call every day, I don't have time for that. A+ Culver City Mazda!! More

I received a text to ask any questions I had but never got an answer to my question. The service alert in my car wasn't reset and the sticker on the windshiels wasn't replaced with the new date of servi got an answer to my question. The service alert in my car wasn't reset and the sticker on the windshiels wasn't replaced with the new date of service, this makes me wonder how well the other service processes were done. The reason I brought in my car was that last time I spent $800-900 to replace the oil sensors because of an incident that has previously happened and Mazda services in San Jose said there was nothing wrong with the car. But there was and I almost lost my engine due to their negligence. Then after the sensors were replaced and the car was fixed at your location, it only took 2000 miles before the oil tank was almost emptied. The advisor asked me "who told you the oil level was low" in a humiliating tone as if only your people know what's going on. When I told her I measured it myself, she was asking me how I did it and if the car had been running before again as if I don't know anything. I'm an engineer and know that if the car has been running and the oil has been hot, the level wouldn't be shown as so low!! common sense! I didn't like the attitude. Also I had to ask them again to see what was wrong with my car when I went to pick it up. They provided no explanation whatsoever before I asker and wanted to just get my money and let me know. Then I had to explain one more time why I had brought my car in before I got a response that there was no leakage! At this point I wasn't even believing this person and I don't think they remembered to check my car. If you're a mechanic and you know your job well, you should know that it's not normal for the oil to be burnt so fast after driving only 2000 miles and if nothing is leaking, then you'd definitely need to check for other faults in the engine!! At the end they added a note to my account that I need to come back after 1000 miles to get it checked again. Meaning I have to take time off from work for a second time and waste my day again just because someone didn't do their job right. I also shouldn't have been charged for the service as this was not my fault that the oil had to already be replaced. I've had mazda before and I've taken my car to this branch for maintenance a good few times but this time was the worst experience. I'm super disappointed. More
