My only gripe was entirely separate from the sales department--the car itself took ALMOST THREE HOURS to produce after paperwork was signed, and all because nobody could be bothered to wash and wax it in less than three hours. I was late to see my kids, and my time at the dealership was six hours total, entirely because your backend business is as understaffed, slothful, or bad about prioritizing, as they are overpriced for parts and labor. I don't know whether to recommend that someone's backend bonuses be re-directed to Frank, Maria & Julio, or to recommend that you hire a few more hands to make your services department respectable.
