It was a very efficient service appointment. I was not kept waiting before they took the car. Not clear with what can be done. Kept on changing statements. Absurdly charged, wasted my time. Even after confirming multiple times that I can buy back with credit card they changed at the last minu statements. Absurdly charged, wasted my time. After charging me 600 dollars for inspection and other service they said finally can’t pay with credit card and have to finance and can repay after first payment as there will be no penalty. Even if I had confirmed multiple times that I will be allowed to pay with credit card. First they said min 5000 on one card when I was giving 2 cards. Later again changed when I said ok will give 4 cards. They said I can only pay 6000 on credit card. Even after all these confusion mistake atleast they could have rolled back my service charges. But no they rather applied full unnecessary charges on me. More
