Even with a scheduled appointment, I was told to wait by my car and was left to wait over 20 minutes to talk to anyone. I could see service workers milling around without talking to me. I eventually approac my car and was left to wait over 20 minutes to talk to anyone. I could see service workers milling around without talking to me. I eventually approached one of the workers outside to remind them that I was waiting, and no one had spoken with me yet. The entire time I was the only customer visible in the area, and I could see a few people working at their service desks not acknowledging me through the window. There was no urgency whatsoever. To say I was not impressed is an understatement. I would think that in this time of uncertainty customer support would be higher than ever. There was also some red flags on the vehicle "report card" that makes me think they did not do a thorough check as well. I don't think I will be coming back to get service here unless I really have to in the future. More
