This dealer made our first car purchase an enjoyable experience! They didn’t treat us any different because we looked young, like other dealers! Amazing staff! Very friendly! experience! Great service. Amy, the service advisor was fantastic. From the minute you get to the dealer you’re greeted with a smile and feel the positive energy. Everyone you come in contact with is friendly. Amy Felix was FANTASTIC from the moment I arrived to the time I picked up my car. A bit refreshing as my last experience at the dealership wasn't that great. I wasn't approached when I pulled up. Actually h time I picked up my car. A bit refreshing as my last experience at the dealership wasn't that great. I wasn't approached when I pulled up. Actually had to go inside to find someone to help me get my appointment started (not ideal during a pandemic). It also took 4 hours to do a basic service/oil change even with an appointment. That said, it was a complete turnaround in terms of my overall experience this time around and Amy deserves 5 stars across the board for her efforts! More

I'll have to find a new service center. Unfortunately, Culver City has two strikes against them. The first time I went in for the regular oil change/service, the very next day I had a low tire pressure w Culver City has two strikes against them. The first time I went in for the regular oil change/service, the very next day I had a low tire pressure warning. They simply didn't put in enough air in one of the tires. The second service was a bit of a mess. They left a screwdriver and a Sharpie pen in the engine compartment. Nowhere that I think either could do any damage. But hey, I think we can agree that that's not good. The engine "cover" was a mess with oil drops and not properly pushed down/closed all the way. And, in my opinion, the oil has been over-filled. (I also had another low tire pressure warning the day after I got it home. That was due to a nail that I must have picked up on the way home). So I had to take it back. They say the oil level is fine. (It's not. It's about a quarter inch over the second/top indicator (called the "F Line") when the car is cool and not running). Maybe they were just having a bad day. But I'd say - definitely check your engine compartment and engine oil when you get home. I'm glad I did. Screwdriver and Sharpie were returned when I took it back. I will say that the service people who check you in are nice. I've simply lost confidence in the actual technicians at this location. More
