Service department was extremely unorganized and slow. The "appointment" I scheduled did not mean anything as I had to wait over an hour to drop my car off after the time I selected for an appointment. I pulled in and watched several cars arrive after me get service before I did and when I asked them about it they told me I was lying. I came back an hour after I got a text saying my car was ready, then had to wait another 30+ minutes to pull the car up for me. I spent over 1.5 hours just waiting to drop off and pick up a car which should have taken 10 minutes max when an appointment is scheduled. More

Erick had the car in stock, we went there and usually this can take hours to fill out all the paperwork but the finance department person Max, was amazing.
