Amy has always been my service coordinator, and, even From the first call to the last "Goodbye and thanks!", Mazda Service Culver City is the best. Amy has always been my service coordinator, and, even with many pressing demands waiting, she has always made me feel like she could spend all day talking about my service. You can bank on what she says, too. She knows a lot about cars, and easily answers all my questions pre-service. She responds promptly to calls and texts, and always delivers "on time." Amy is representative of all the staff at Culver City Service. They are all thoughtful, articulate, outgoing, and thorough. The service mechanics themselves have always returned my car with all maintenance complete and all repairs made. They even wash my car before handing me the keys. The waiting room provides beverages and snack food, has comfortable seats, and even a laptop bar. The receptionist is always kind, and, if you need it, will order a Lyft ride from Mazda and a Lyft to return (free of charge). Thanks so much! More

Higher Cost, Multiple Visits, and Door Ding After having both the front and rear brakes (pads) and brake fluid replaced, I ultimately had to bring my car back to Culver City Mazda to have the br After having both the front and rear brakes (pads) and brake fluid replaced, I ultimately had to bring my car back to Culver City Mazda to have the brake rotors replaced after discovering the brakes were now pulsing slowing down from lower speeds, which had not occurred prior. With the addition of the new rotors, the overall cost of the service was still $200 more than a comparable quote from another Mazda dealer service department across town, after the cost of parts were price matched based on said quote. All is fine now with the car but I noticed an additional door ding on my passenger side door that wasn't there when bringing the car in for service. Just an added frustration that shouldn't happen, and I'll now have to course correct elsewhere. More
