Turning an oil change from a chore to a breeze I was very impressed with my experience at Culver City Mazda, I was greeted with kind staff, who efficiently admitted my car in and guided me through I was very impressed with my experience at Culver City Mazda, I was greeted with kind staff, who efficiently admitted my car in and guided me through the process as it was my first time there. Despite the COVID19 pandemic, staff were friendly, welcoming, and helped make getting an oil change easy and convenient. Their Lyft service is AMAZING- no longer need to beg a family member to bring me to and from the dealer which makes getting the oil change so much easier. Would go again! Thankful it is now the closest dealer to my home! They kindly accommodated me to get a free oil change as a healthcare worker! SO kind and generous. Thank you all SO MUCH. More

A great experience in a scary time My service light came on while running essential trip errands during COVID-19. I called Mazda and they set me up with a next-day appointment. They were kind, professional, and observant of social distancing rules and protocols. While I missed the car wash, I appreciated all the details that went into servicing my car - down to protective plastic wrap around the wheel that was removed when I entered. I recommend this location and appreciate all they did to keep me safe in the process. More
