Thank you for making this so easy I will be honest that I was dreading the end of my lease. This was the first time I had leased, I had always bought my car in the past. But my commute had changed so much that no longer made sense and I decided to lease. I returned my car about 5k under my 30k limit. But I was thinking about buying it because I liked it so much and thought it might make the most sense finically. I met with Michael, he was great. I felt comfortable right away. I told him I was thinking about buying the lease, but also wanted to know what options I had to lease a new car, and which made the most sense for me finically and for my overall happiness (of course). Michael ran the numbers and laid them out in front of me clearly. Any question I had he answered. I understood everything. I chose the lease again. The guys in the finance department were great! One of them had helped me years prior. All kind, I never felt like I was getting swindled, I felt cared for and that when I walked out I made a great decision and I kind of had fun doing it. Will I be back? YES. Although I hope in three years time Mazda comes out with a hybrid or an electric small SUV, because that will be my next move. More

Oil change and regular maintenance I brought my 2019 CX5 for regular maintenance and an oil change. The check in process was smooth, and waiting room is very sleek. They offered Uber/Ly I brought my 2019 CX5 for regular maintenance and an oil change. The check in process was smooth, and waiting room is very sleek. They offered Uber/Lyft if I needed to leave, but I opted to stay for the 2 hours it took for them to take care of me. And they washed the vehicle for free. Overall very nice experience and helpful associates. I'll definitely be coming back as needed. More

I hang out in the waiting area, get some coffee (and maybe a doughnut), get some work done and they let me know as soon as they're finished. They're been good about explaining what was done, and what we might have to deal with in the future. Overall, very good experiences so far. More
