The best new car experience I've ever had I went in on impulse, having been about to turn in and lease my third Hyundai Sonata elsewhere, but I left with a new Mazda3. Michael Khashayar was not only a pleasure to work with, but I was especially taken with and surprised by the amount of trust I found myself putting in him. Michael put me at ease with his clarity and knowledge and having now driven my Mazda for several days I feel certain that I will be back to do business for many years to come. I would also like to acknowledge Max, who went through the final details with me and was thorough and kind, as well as a third gentleman who helped explain the car's inner functioning controls and whose name unfortunately eludes me at the moment. Meet Frank Guziak -- THE most perfect embodiment of a salesperson: Very laid back, knowledgeable, fun, informative, balanced...and Frank loves the CX-5! 5. Test drive the CX-5. 6. Fall in LOVE with the CX-5; choose the color. But then Frank shows us those buttery leather seats...yup, we caved! 7. Text Frank throughout the week to confirm our car color and pick-up time. 8. Meet Frank days later to buy the CX-5, which was washed and ready to go! I have never had such a seamless car buying experience and am grateful I chose Culver City Mazda. The oil change and service was done in a timely manner. I've been owning Mazda's since 1996 and still have my Mazda B 2300 truck with only 137, 000 on it. I would recommend Culver City Mazda to anyone who is in the market for buying a new car. More
