Luis Mendez showed us the exact models we were interested in, explained the key differences in trim My experience at Culver City Mazda was excellent. Luis Mendez showed us the exact models we were interested in, explained the key differences in trim levels, and pointed out important features of the vehicle when we took it for a test drive. I also appreciated the fact that he did not try to up-sell me into a more expensive trim level my wife and I simply did not want or need. When figuring out the pricing, he made it really simple by quoting an "all-in" monthly lease price including all taxes and fees. This actually surprised me since I am used to other dealerships adding in the taxes and fees later, so when they quote the monthly price it is actually much lower than what you will actually be paying. Furthermore, when it came to finalizing the transaction, we weren't able to meet with Finance on that day since we had to be somewhere else. I was totally prepared to come back to the dealership the next morning, but Luis told me he would take care of the paperwork and drive my new CX-5 to my home in West Hollywood. We signed the papers at my home and I had a brand new car waiting for me along the sidewalk. More
