There were no sales person trying to upsell you on ridiculous add-ons or other gimmicks seen at many other dealers. Siya provided great customer service during the test drive and was well informed on all the features of the car I purchased. Michael K was able to set up a solid deal for me and even the finance employee was a smooth experience! Overall, go here if you want a Mazda, great customer service without the hassle of people trying to push you to make a purchase and if you want a good price on a vehicle. Highly recommend! More

Easy, good customer service Came in with the intention of leasing a vehicle however the sales mgr I had talked to was not there. Unfortunately, he had not relayed the numbers we Came in with the intention of leasing a vehicle however the sales mgr I had talked to was not there. Unfortunately, he had not relayed the numbers we discussed, to his staff so there was a lot of back and forth and negotiating with other reps and finance. The process took over 3 hours and was honestly exhausting. I did not end up with the deal we spoke of over the phone (I guess I hadn’t taken into account the sales tax) but in the end, I was comfortable with the price and it was comparable to the comps I had seen. I also didn’t want to go through all of this again at another dealer so I took the deal. They worked with me well and I didn’t feel pushed to do something I wasn’t comfortable with. More

After the original purpose of my visit was completed--recall, I asked about installing Apple Carplay.
