Oil change with a complementary car wash I’ve being doing my oil change to my Mazda 3 there since 2015. Just wanted to say how grateful and appreciative I am of the professional sales service and fast purchase I got from Mazda Culver City, My sales agen Just wanted to say how grateful and appreciative I am of the professional sales service and fast purchase I got from Mazda Culver City, My sales agent, Marcus Castleberry, was very professional, up front about the cost, the maintenance service, explained the buy vs lease option about a 2109 Mazda CX-5. I really felt my needs as a buyer were met without being pushed in to a purchase or hustled to make a decision before I was ready. The process was easy and painless and took less than two hours. I spent the better part of a day at another dealership just a few blocks away and felt I was being mistreated and taken advantage of; I left BECAUSE I felt they were hustling me. Not here, not by Mazda Culver City nor by Marcus. I had a pleasant experience at this dealership and will definitely come back. Thank you! More
