Another dealer dropped the ball they got it done! My daughter and I were gonna get a car we were working with a dealer but them things feel apart. It was 15 minutes to closing on a Labor day weekend (I thought no way in xxxx) sure come on down well take a look. Within an hour we had new car and you took our trade in no problem. They stayed open 1 1/2 hours longer for us! Saul Mendez saw we were a little pissed off but sat us down gave us some water and LISTENED to us explain our problem with other dealer. He got Leigh Bachler to run our credit while we selected a car. Leigh also explained our trade in options as to how to structure the deal. No dealer has ever explained that to me before and Im in my 50s. Usually its blah, blah, blah. Max Ginsberg explained the contracts and took the time to show us what to expect from Mazda going forward. More
