Amazing customer but expensive pricing I called and spoke with Lawrence in the service department, he was absolutely amazing, with answering my questions and following up with me as promise I called and spoke with Lawrence in the service department, he was absolutely amazing, with answering my questions and following up with me as promised regarding questions he had to research. The price quoted to me was very expensive in my opinion ($85 bucks to change one head light bulb) and that’s including me providing the light bulb, but Lawrence’s customer service was so amazing, I decided to make an appointment anyway. Lawrence took very good care of me and even called a lift for me to return home and another to pick me up to pick up my car. All said and done I ended up paying $165 to have my battery changed in my key fob, both headlights replaced ( with bulbs I provided) and to have my car inspected and diagnosis . The inspection also covered placing air in tires and resetting my oil and tire pressure notifications, as well as a complimentary car wash ;). I would definitely recommend taking your car to their service dept, if you can afford their prices. More

My dealer Saul was very friendly and even came in on his day off to give me the car. They go out of their way to make your car-buying experience a pleasant one. The finance manager Julio was also friendly and helped explain everything to me to make it easier for me. The only issue I would have is that I was initially ready to pick up my car on a Monday, but had a bank issue and needed to pick it up instead the next day. However, when I arrived in the morning it took 2 hours to prepare my car as apparently it wasn’t ready. My wait was long but they were very apologetic and attentive. More
