GREAT SERVICE! From the minute I arrived, I was welcomed and received prompt courteous service from Amy. Everything went smoothly until one minor glitch later. It was a routine visit and everything went smoothly until I drove my car home. About two miles away the tire inflation gauge went off. I pulled over and checked my tires, all of which seemed to be inflated. Drove home and read the car's manual and realized whomever adjusted the levels in my tires probably didn't reset the gauge. Very nice people but not the best communication. The people here are very nice. But I went in for a regularly scheduled service which went well. But I was told there was a defective shock covered by warranty that they would have to order. So I got my car and waited a couple of weeks for when my part would show up. At the same time, my service due light kept coming on again. After a few weeks I called back to ask if my part had come in and let them know my service due light had never been reset. They were very nice again and apologized for not having called when my part came and for missing the service light reset. So I scheduled an appointment for the morning and they said it would take until the early afternoon to replace my part. After dropping my car off, I waited all day until the late afternoon and with no update I called and was told there was a problem and that they would have to keep it overnight. FInally the next day they called to say it was done. It was just a bit frustrating that it was left to me to find out if parts were in or whether my car was done. But I also want to reiterate they have always been super kind and apologetic about these issues, which of course goes a long way in how I feel about it. More
