Amazing customer but expensive pricing I called and spoke with Lawrence in the service department, he was absolutely amazing, with answering my questions and following up with me as promise I called and spoke with Lawrence in the service department, he was absolutely amazing, with answering my questions and following up with me as promised regarding questions he had to research. The price quoted to me was very expensive in my opinion ($85 bucks to change one head light bulb) and that’s including me providing the light bulb, but Lawrence’s customer service was so amazing, I decided to make an appointment anyway. Lawrence took very good care of me and even called a lift for me to return home and another to pick me up to pick up my car. All said and done I ended up paying $165 to have my battery changed in my key fob, both headlights replaced ( with bulbs I provided) and to have my car inspected and diagnosis . The inspection also covered placing air in tires and resetting my oil and tire pressure notifications, as well as a complimentary car wash ;). I would definitely recommend taking your car to their service dept, if you can afford their prices. More

Very nice people but not the best communication. The people here are very nice. But I went in for a regularly scheduled service which went well. But I was told there was a defective shock covered by warranty that they would have to order. So I got my car and waited a couple of weeks for when my part would show up. At the same time, my service due light kept coming on again. After a few weeks I called back to ask if my part had come in and let them know my service due light had never been reset. They were very nice again and apologized for not having called when my part came and for missing the service light reset. So I scheduled an appointment for the morning and they said it would take until the early afternoon to replace my part. After dropping my car off, I waited all day until the late afternoon and with no update I called and was told there was a problem and that they would have to keep it overnight. FInally the next day they called to say it was done. It was just a bit frustrating that it was left to me to find out if parts were in or whether my car was done. But I also want to reiterate they have always been super kind and apologetic about these issues, which of course goes a long way in how I feel about it. More

GREAT SERVICE! From the minute I arrived, I was welcomed and received prompt courteous service from Amy. After writing up my service order, I was directed into the waiting area, offered a donut and water and within a few minutes my Lyft driver arrived and took me home. When my car was ready, the Lyft was sent back for me and I was able to pick up my car with ease. I definitely would recommend this agency to anyone. More

I pulled over and checked my tires, all of which seemed to be inflated. Drove home and read the car's manual and realized whomever adjusted the levels in my tires probably didn't reset the gauge.
