They threw in some extras into the deal, and despite a nearly identical car being 5 miles from my front door, I drove nearly 200 miles round trip to buy this one and I'm glad I did. I'm happy with the deal I got. I asked if everything could be ready for me to pick up the car when I came in on Saturday afternoon and they had the car detailed and ready to go when I pulled up. The morning of, I realized I would be late for my appointment and called ahead. Lance answered and assured me that it would be fine for me to come by later than my scheduled appointment. George processed my maintenance and clearly explained himself throughout. I mentioned to George that my key fob was not working and he noted this and made sure the battery was replaced when I came back in. Timeliness for my service was great, but price was a little expensive. However, I understand the smog inspection was driving most of this price point. I really appreciate getting a complimentary Lyft to and from my office while the work was being done, however, due to the way this works, I was unable to contact the Lyft driver, which caused some headaches. When interacting with the receptionist, she pushed a paper to me without explaining anything. I was able to figure out that she wanted me to write down the drop-off address for my Lyft. Later, when I spoke with her on the phone, she didn't seem to understand what was going on when, which felt very awkward. Overall, my experience was positive and I will continue to do business with George and the rest of the team. More
