Awesome! I was at first annoyed that I needed to service my brand new 2019 Mazda3 just 1 week after it was leased, for an airbag system malfunction. However, Lance was super helpful and friendly, being very transparent about doing the right and thorough procedure (even though it would 'probably be OK') to ensure my car was being taken care of in the safest way possible. I also SO appreciated how convenient the visit was - from providing Lyft's to/from my workplace, and also providing a loaner vehicle while waiting for auto parts to come from Japan. I had never had such a positive and accommodating experience at a dealership, and was so pleasantly surprised at the ease in which I was able to have my issues dealt with. Definitely happy with my first service appointment, despite the bad luck with my system malfunction. Glad I switched to Mazda! Also a quick shoutout to Richard for being so personal when assisting me with the sale! More

I called in to report a battery issue and he had me drive in without an appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue. He asked if I'm fine with leaving my car with the dealer for a few hours as they were backed up with other jobs and of course I went along as I was grateful to have had a slot right away. Lance updated me throughout, joked appropriately, imparted vehicular wisdom and made the stay pleasant. The car rolled out with a new battery, wash, other touch ups and a regular maintenance inspection as expected. I was pleased. More
