They not only fixed it in a very timely manner, but told me that because they didn't need to replace any parts and it was a quick fix, they weren't going to charge me. They also threw in a free car wash! Needless to say, after this first experience, this is the only place I'll go for future service needs! He asked if I'm fine with leaving my car with the dealer for a few hours as they were backed up with other jobs and of course I went along as I was grateful to have had a slot right away. Lance updated me throughout, joked appropriately, imparted vehicular wisdom and made the stay pleasant. The car rolled out with a new battery, wash, other touch ups and a regular maintenance inspection as expected. I was pleased. More
