Terrible dealership - DONT BUY A CAR THERE!!!! First and foremost DONT BUY A CAR AT MAZDA CULVER CITY. I hope I wrote it large enough so every one got the essential message.... They are the wors First and foremost DONT BUY A CAR AT MAZDA CULVER CITY. I hope I wrote it large enough so every one got the essential message.... They are the worst company ever, bunch liars and they can't even do the paperwork right. I purchase a contract maintenance back in May when I leased my car there and they wrote on the contract the vin of the trader car instead of the leased car. LOL. At this end of day it's ok as everyone is allowed to make mistake, right? What's important is what you will do to fix your mistake.... So here is the story why they are so awful at that dealership:::: 1:( I find out back in late September when I wanted to take my car to Turtle Mazda for maintenance that my lease car has no service maintenance contract attached (cost me $1,000), I called culver city Mazda (where I leased my car) and explained them the situation. I spoke to a first person (didn't catch his name but he said he was a manager) who said he will get this fix in 2-3 days (October 1st) and he will call me back to tell me it's all good to go. 2:( October 7th, no one called me back, decided to take my car to Mazda thinking they probably got it done, but no. The Turtle Mazda dealership (Irvine I'm living in Irvine) said my cx-5 still has no contract maintenance. I called back again culver city Mazda to let them know. I spoke to Lee who said he will look over what's the problem (nice guy but he is a liar too) and couple days later Linda called me back to explain it was a mistake made (she with Tony filled up the paperwork when I leased the car) and she was handling it the issue and she said they are fixing the contract and it will be done in TWO HOURS. 3:( So I called again Turtle Mazda dealership few days later to set up an appointment to take my car for service but find out I could not get my car maintained thru my contract as my car has still no contract service maintenance attached to the VIN. 4:( I called again culver city Mazda, this time I spoke to Lee (sales manager) who said he will speak to Tony and Mike (sales and assistant person) and he will get this fix and I will need it to give him couple days. Now we are in October 21st, my car is past due for service maintenance and still no contract corrected, I spent $1,000 for the contract. I'm out of my pocket of $1,000 and no corrected contract in place. Couple days went thru and Lee still didn't called me back. 5:( So I contacted Mazda Corporate and they are working with the dealership who told Mazda Corp it will take them 4-5 days to get this corrected. So no later then October 27 I should have this fixed. Will see and hopefully it will be as I have very little time, between kid and work, it's not easy to take a morning off to get the car service. I consulted my attorney who said to wait until Wednesday's if by then nothing is done I should take legal action to get my money back... Right? What a nightmare!!!!! So DONT BUY ANYTHING THERE, they are unprofessional and THEY OFFER NO SERVICE... I will go above and beyond to get my money back and let know the Internet world how terrible this place is... More
